Old military factory (Breakdown)

Hi all!
My new project, where I decided to test all my knowledge as an environment artist.
I did this project with the goal of making everything more optimized for game engines.
The main job is to make a large modular building. Well, and partially props:)
I wanted to preserve resources as much as possible, so I used as many tile and trim textures as possible, as well as masks for them.
Here used custom and quixel bridge decals.
Also for dark tones vertex color was used.

For props I used a trim texture, a separate UV layer for the normal map and AO. And the third one is like a mask
